What we collect

When you send a quote request we receive what you enter in the form: your name, company, email, phone, project details and any files you attach. Our web host also keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security.

How we use it

We use it only to respond to your request, prepare quotes and do the work you hire us for. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Your files

Models and drawings are emailed to our shop inbox and treated as confidential. Do not upload ITAR, CUI or other export-controlled data through this website. Contact us and we will arrange a secure transfer.

Cookies and third parties

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts and the 3D graphics library loads from the jsDelivr CDN, so those providers see your IP address when the page loads.
